Construction of an extension to the existing cafeteria of the National Sports Institute (INS)
The buiding had to be installed in the courtyard. The idea was to built an extension in sober and uncluttered lines with a light preassembled wood and steel framework. The elements of the structure play an integrated part in the interior layout.
The large windows and the presence of wood create a spacious warm setting with a significant amount of natural daylight.
The green roof is a visual replacement for the surface of the garden that has been built upon.
